Process
How It Works
Start by scheduling your free in-home consultation with a Mean Joe Clean representative. We want to meet and greet our customers before we have a professional cleaner come in. This is typically a 30 minute walkthrough of the property that helps to personalize your clean and determine what’s best for you. Our representative will go over all company policies and a service agreement before scheduling a clean. The scheduling process is made simple for you, as we are very flexible on timing and able to clean whether you’re home or not! Most cleans are scheduled during the weekday operating hours, but some deep cleans require much more time and can be scheduled on weekends if requested. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and one-time cleans. Once a time is set for the clean, we will have our professional cleaners come in and take care of the job at a high level for you. We value our customers’ feedback and want to hear how satisfied you were with the clean. A customer feedback form, which is optional, will be delivered to the customer after the clean to help us improve our services for you and future customers.
